Jason and I just returned from a wonderful trip to Florida with our friends Leighton and Melissa. We first stopped in Panama City to see Jason's family. Mama Lynn fixed some wonderful suppers, and we had some family poker games! We also had two breakfasts and Corum's - Jason's favorite place to eat back home. You know that feeling when you get a message or a phone call and you are asked to be part of something you just know is going to be so much fun? Well that is how I felt when Jessica and Kris asked me to take their wedding pictures. I have known Jessica for many years and I have to say from what I learned about Kris this weekend they are a well suited amazing couple! I wish you both many years of happiness and joy!

Tuesday, April 29, 2008. This California girl had a Cajun treat this evening! Crawfish, gumbo, boudin sausage straight from LaFayette Louisiana! I was woefully unprepared for this experience in my crisp white professional shirt right after work! I have to admit, looking at those googley eyes and then hearing people suck on their heads made me nauseous! But it all tasted very good in the end! Sunday, April 27, 2008.
