Pupusa de queso con loroco. For the uninitiated, pupusas. Are sort of a stuffed masa flatbread - kind of like a quesadilla, but thicker, and Salvadoran.). Traditional, but it is really tasty. Pupusas are traditionally served with curtido. While you're there, you should also get an order of the fried plantains.
