Thursday, November 27, 2008. I am thankful for a lot of things on Thanksgiving, but I do try to think about these things year-round and not just on one day. One minor thing I was thankful about this year was that I was able to make Thanksgiving a completely stress-free holiday! No cooking, no cleaning! We didn't take a big vacation, but we did have a "staycation"- -one week when Kurt took off from work and we tried to jam-pack as many activities in as we could (. Saturday, October 03, 2009. FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL. August ended with the start of school for Nicole and Max. This was the first time Nicole was going to be at school all day; and for Max, this meant a 1/2 day of school that would be a lot of work and would not afford him much play time at all! Saturday, January 31, 2009. My baby, Jack, had his second birthday last week! Brother and sister were overly eager to assist Jack in opening his gifts, although in actuality, no assistance was required! Sunday, May 31, 2009. Kurt and I have officially been married 9 years now. I really can't believe it; nine years sounds like such a LONG time! So, nine years and three kids later, the day went something like this. Kurt: I took off from work on our anniversary! Me: Oh, how sweet! Do you want to do something? Wednesday, August 26, 2009. When we were up in Vt there was a point were Kaitlyn hit a wall the day before her fever. Bryant and I were talking in the car on the way to Uncle Chris's house how she had hit a wall. From the Backseat we hear a little voice say "Mommy which wall did I hit? Last week we made our annual trip up to Vermont. We planned it around the Corwin. Crafts reunion on Island Pond in New Hampshire. Thank you to my first cousin once removed Calla Crafts for hosting it we had a lot of fun.
