Bee's Baking Adventures. Baking, a bit of cooking and everything in between. The only variation I made was adding a bit of Cranberry juice, like a tablespoon, and not adding too much of lemon rind. I also skipped the sugar on the top as mentioned in the recipe as they were quite sweet and the topping would have just pushed it over the fence for few.
