I've pretty much retired from World of Warcraft. Unfortunately, unless you are in a active raiding guild, or have a lot of friendsd in active raiding guilds, you're unlikely to ever see end-game content, and I can't see spending dollars and hours doing basically the same thing over and over again. Senior health, happiness and musings. X000A9; 2015 Grumpy Old Scribe. Arthroscopic knee surgery: yes or no? June 26, 2015. Arthroscopic surgery seems like a dream for those of us with bum knees. You go to the outpatient clinic, they do the whole thing through two small incisions, you go home that day, and you’re back to your old life within weeks. No fuss. The problem is that it doesn’t seem to do any good, at least according to a group of Danish researchers; they published their results in the BMJ.
