July 25, 2014. HW doesn't realize that he looks ridiculous. He just wants to be like his big sister so much. Someday he'll understand and hate this picture, but for today it's so cute! We went to Red River, New Mexico! We drove to Red River, NM! We survived with two children ages 3 years and 20 months. We loved our time in Red River. We all had a wonderful time playing with family and exploring the town. In car entertainment.apples. 20 minutes they didn't say a word. Glorious. Can you see the mountains?

Monday, October 15, 2012. We needed to be in San Antonio last week for my grandfather's military funeral service. At the last minute, we decided to make a trip out of it. I wish I would have had our video camera rolling when we told the kids the night before we left. They started hugging each other and screaming! We visited Sea World. Can you see the turtle sitting on top of the alligator? The Shamu show was definitely the favorite! We squeezed in a quick stop at the Alamo on the way home!

Thursday, October 4, 2012. Ella Kate started tap and ballet. She is "playing up" and taking a 3 year old combo class. The 2 year old times did not work for us so the studio let us give it a try. Although she cannot do all the moves, she is an excellent listener and really hangs tough for an hour! I'm so proud of her. And the best part is that it is the highlight of her week! Saturday, February 18, 2012. That's what we are up to right now- waiting. Waiting for a house, waiting for the job to pick up, waiting on a slower-than-dial-up-internet. Waiting. We are still trying to figure out which town we should even live in! I'm so thankful for my parents letting us live here. I know it can't be easy! The kids are also doing pretty good. After the family grandkids photoshoot on Monday, Jackson was fussy and beginning to feel bad so we went home and he has been so sick ever since. It's scary having your baby be so sick!
