http://deccart.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 8, 2010. A Day at the Beach: Past and Present. Two of her children help create the story and one very special character from the past is painted in. She is our grandmother who with her family visited this same beach every summer. Grandma, you have the best seat in the house now. Sitting high above the livingroom, a window into our lives from the beach you loved the most. We love you. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. A Day at the Beach: Past and Present. Ms. Dana Elizabeth: December 2009
http://deccart.blogspot.com/2009_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 5, 2009. I am in the middle of a commision painting for a family member, sneak peak to come, but in the meantime: plastic bottle art! It started with the plastic waters bottles that he bought right before coming to Chile so the change in water and bacterias wouldn't upset a sensetive stomach. Then a plastic bottle or two started showing up at the dinner table filled with nectarine juice. The epidemic continued from there with a coca-cola. They can be saved! From that moment The Plastic.

Tuesday, February 2, 2010. So we registered for Ripley novios last year, and a few years before that I turned in my personal datos occasionally at the neighborhood Bandera Azul to try to win a moped, a cart full of groceries, etc. So by now a thousand phone soliciters have my phone number. Ugh. I have a good plan as well. What's more I use my husband's phone all the time to make calls. You know we've never gone over the 2000-minute limit? I was sure it was a solicitor, but it turned out to be the secreta...

Transcultural vogueing: My love for Chilean soccer
http://laeskimita.blogspot.com/2011/07/my-love-for-chilean-soccer.html
Sunday, July 17, 2011. My love for Chilean soccer. A sus familias. Los periodistas incluso iban a las casas de las familias para entrevistarlas, ver los partidos con parientes y amigos de los jugadores y hacer a todo Chile conocerlos. Los partidos eran emocionantes para todo el país. Por primera vez, in my humble and bastante amateur opinion, Chile tenía un buen EQUIPO, no solo a " SaZa. Sino a una manga de buenos jugadores quienes jugaban (y juegan) bien! What about your love for American soccer? Its ab...

Transcultural vogueing: Standard of Living
http://laeskimita.blogspot.com/2011/04/standard-of-living.html
Thursday, April 28, 2011. Wording is everything. I remember taking a survey in the doctors office back when I was in grad school. The questions were along the line of: have you suffered a lack of sleep in the past 6 months? Have you felt anxious about your future? I told the doctor: what grad student WOULDNT answer yes to all these questions? May 14, 2011 at 5:53 AM. Hahaha, soo true. Grad school is soo much work. Youre right on to point that out to the doctor, hahaha. And yes! Wording is super important!
