This is an interesting article on the effects of Tai Chi on pain, in particular - Fibromyalgia. A new study has found that Tai Chi may help relieve pain and aid healing for people with fibromyalgia. Tai Chi works on much the same premise that Reflexology and Reiki do - mending the mind, quieting the body, and focusing the balance in your biological systems.
