http://kschmidtfamilynews.blogspot.com/2010_07_01_archive.html
Tuesday, July 27, 2010. We welcomed Katelyn Jane into our family on July 1st at 9:26am. She weighed 7lbs. 3oz. and was 19 1/4" long. Two weeks later at her first doctor's visit she was already up to 7lbs. 6oz. and 21 3/4" long! She is eating like a champ and growing like a pretty little weed! Katelyn only wakes up twice in the night to eat and then goes right back to sleep, who could ask for anything more? Here are a couple of Katelyn's first photos from the hospital. Yeah, that's right I said it, this s...

Raising identical twin boys that were born 16 weeks too soon while learning how to handle the challenges of diagnoses that include cerebral palsy, epilepsy, TEF/EA, and blindness due to retinopathy of prematurity. Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Nick is having a great time in school and has a best buddy, Andrew. From what we hear at school and from what Nicholas tells us, they have a great time together. How wonderful for him to get to play with kids who can play with him the way he plays.

Thursday, April 21, 2011. A First Time for Everything! Logan would rather crawl- he is so fast at crawling that it makes sense but we just keep trying to help him walk. He did some good standing on his own today, just learning to bare weight and keep his balance. Usually it is a short amount of time before Landon comes and pushes him over though. Logan has RSV. We went to the Dr. yesterday and good thing we decided to go. He has to have nebulizer. Too much but we are able to keep him still long enough to...

Saturday, March 10, 2012. Awww, so sweet. Of course I say the same thing to daddy before bed at night, although I don't think he thinks me saying it is as sweet! And Landon talks ALL the time, but instead of letting it drive me crazy. . . I need to enjoy all his questions, memories, realizations etc. After all this is probably one of the reasons he is so smart. He doesn't miss a thing! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Wednesday, September 7, 2011. We had our ultrasound yesterday. The baby is great and a BOY. The excitement continues. . . three boys with loads of energy. . . more tractors, trains, trucks, balls, and mud. It has been so wonderful watching Landon and Logan interact through play, laughter, wrestling, and even through tears. How wonderful to add a third little boy into that mix. Thing He looked at me out of no where and said "you cried mommy, because you don't like tractors and trains? Our mini vacation to...

Sunday, March 6, 2011. Another adorable moment was when he had been put to bed by daddy and when I got home I went in to say good night. He had been dozing off and looked over at me- "that you mommy? And then in response to me saying I love you, he replies "I too! I think he shortened it because he finds himself saying it so often in response to me and daddy- you can't ever say "I love you" too much though! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile.
