Monday, September 24, 2012. Who knew that our team had an initiation ritual! In past years the Heritage team had each eaten at least one pepper that was used in traditional meals in Burma. These peppers were either red or green and smaller than a MIKE N IKE! Neither one was hotter than the other and it just depended on luck whether you got one that was pretty spicy or FIRE hot!
