Imperfection is an ART! Monthly Archives: May 2012. Smile….forgotten (poetry). People used to say I had the prettiest smile. It would light up a room,. Make people stay for awhile. It calmed and soothed, encouraged and cheered. It was silly, sexy,. It was flirty….not feared. It beckoned to others “share your secrets…I’ll share mine”. It accompanied my laughter. It made everything fine. But through the years, the smile has faded. I don’t know exactly what happened,. I guess I became jaded. I was so afraid.
