Musings on home adaptations, inclusive design and family life. We are a family of four (Mum, Dad, 6 year old EJ and the 3 year old EW.plus two pointy rescue dogs). Like most families, we have a selection of differing needs in our home (human and hound! The most notable, in relation to accessibility, being that our 6 year old has an undiagnosed genetic condition which affects her overall development, including her mobility. The house also needed a lot of TLC, which I guess may put a lot of people off!

Why I'm Glad I Had Boys | Tiny Tyger, Baby Bear and Me

Why I’m Glad I Had Boys. Why I’m Glad I Had Boys. October 19, 2016. Sometimes I’m grateful I don’t have a daughter. I’m not a massive fan of pink, for one thing, and I have it on good authority you end up inundated with pink if you happen to conceive a female of our species (for some inexplicable reason). My pink-aversion isn’t the main source of my relief, though. People. I won’t even go into the other horrendous possible crimes he has committed against women and girls. Is the bus here yet, Mum? We’re on a bus...
