Anna is enjoying her school and dancing a lot. Katherine enjoys her school too, plays flute and piano, ran cross country and played soccer. Yes, Sara likes her school, and had her father as a soccer coach. Gretchen is volunteering in schools and for the Seattle library, is exercising more, and runs after the kids all the time. Bruce is getting outdoors more, still runs his business, and somehow became chairman of a local non-profit.

Craig and i have managed to have some adult friends without kids. we hosted a summer party that was a lot of fun. it was great to catch up with so many of our friends. we ate, we drank, we danced. it was the weekend after my birthday, and also our anniversary, so we had a lot to celebrate.
