We had the most wonderful time at Furman listening to the patriotic concert. The highlight was the 1812 Overture with a live canon! Nice one, Josh! The one time she actually used her chair instead of a: carnival ride, or a tent, or a falling tree, or a backpack, or a. :) Outdoor concerts are a good choice for us!

Cade, Lindsay, Gavin, and Kearslee. Saturday, March 21, 2015. In November, I got to go on a field trip with the Gavin's 3rd grade to Historic LondonTown. LondonTown was a small 100 acre town on the Chesapeake that was a major tobacco port in the late 1600's into the mid 1700's. They explained to the children how to plant and harvest tobacco which I thought was a little weird, but then again I don't live in Idaho anymore. Gavin's group all dressed up. Learning how to make rope. The Moments We Stand.

We've been so busy lately so it was fun to be able to get out and do something fun for the kids. Kearslee's dreams came true - she finally got to ride a real horse! She LOVES horses and has a dozen pretend horses that she rides around the house. She can tell us all of their names, what they look like, and what skills they have. She is such a funny girl.

Friday, December 26, 2008. The Birth of Christ". Gracie was in the "Birth of Christ" Ballet for the second year in a row, she loved it! Her smile could not have been any bigger when I saw her after the performance, that was the first night of our big snow! What a fun Halloween we had this year. I convinced all three kids to be mice so they could dress nice and warm, of course it was a warm Halloween for the first time ever, oh well! We had a great time, and got way too much candy!
