Tuesday, April 19, 2011. A month of visitors! In addition to the transition we've had a number of visitors. First was Ms. Wendy Matheny all the way from Washington D.C. She was here for work and had planned to make it a long weekend, but had to cut the trip short due to the passing of her grandmother. I'm so glad we got to see at least a little of her and Ms. Amelia sure was excited to meet her. We'll have to make sure to get some pictures next time they come into town. Sunday, October 31, 2010. Today Joey, Lily and Charlie got together at Charlie's house again to hand out candy to Trick-Or-Treaters. Sunday, December 19, 2010. We went to visit Santa today at the Icehouse mall in Barrington. I wanted to desperately avoid all the Woodfield brou-haha, and the Santa we visited was absolutely perfect! Wednesday, April 25, 2012. March was a very busy month for the family with showers and bachelorette parties for Lindsey. It was nice to somewhat relax for a few weeks before Lindsey's big day approached. More on the wedding at a later time. Here are some pictures from the month of April. Mallory was dressed to kill in her adorable Easter outfit! One of Mallory's FAVORITE things to play with is tags. Saturday, March 31, 2012. March was a fun month for us that started with a trip to Ohio and ended with Mallory's first "Big" Bar experience! I LOVE my cereal now! Kiss me I'm Irish! My very first balloon at Aunt Lindsey's wedding shower! Thank you to my friend Grace for all my awesome new teddy bears! AND THS WINNER IS! My very favorite picture. Mallory won a cute kids contest this month. Doesn't this picture just make your heart melt? We are so proud of our little model! This little girl LOVES the water!

Chase, Sara, Caedon and Drake. Tuesday, March 12, 2013. Chase is having minor outpatient surgery today, so I took along the computer to put together a blog while I wait. Is it weird that I have been looking forward to his surgery so that I can record our family memories? Last month I walked back to our bedroom to find Caedon covered in stickers. "Look at my stickers, Mom! Except they weren't stickers. They were stamps. Followed by, "Mommy, there is a goat in my room! Sophie is a girl his age at daycare).

Chase, Sara, Caedon and Drake. Friday, August 30, 2013. Since I had a vacation week last week, Chase decided to take off of work too so that we could visit his brother/sister-in-law in Texas. That didn't work out, so we ended up just hanging out at home and unpacking and having lots of fun with the kids. Monday night we took the boys put-put golfing. Of course, Caedon loved it!
