Et oui, la NZ c'est principalement une île du nord et une île du sud. Et pour traverser, entre les deux c'est pas très long (3h en ferry classique pour 80 1pers et un monospace avec 2 kayaks sur le toit) mais il vaut mieux faire ça en Ferry (en kayak difficile d'emporter la voiture! Au programme 18km, 1126 m de positif, 766 m de négatif, 6 à 8h de rando, des volcans un peu partout et un des grands sites du film Le Seigneur des Anneaux . Seul problème pour moi, le temps! Départ matinal à 7h30 (maintenant il ne fait jour qu'à 7h), les sommets se cachent,. Keketahi Hut, 1450m: purée de pois! Une courte éclaircie,. Et enfin ouverture, juste pour le final, dommage.
