http://devynbag.blogspot.com/2012/05/debunking-motherhood-myth.html
Wednesday, May 2, 2012. Debunking the Motherhood Myth. Prior to having my children, I was frequently exposed to romantic images of motherhood. Whether portrayed through television, novel or fairytale, the starry-eyed descriptions were consistent; being a competent mother is innate. The perception that motherhood isn’t learned but rather naturally resides inside of every woman is a myth that has been perpetuated in our society. S office with a list of questions, some of which were ridiculous in hindsight,...

Sunday, November 27, 2011. The Thanksgiving holiday came and went, and yet I never got around to compiling my list of all that I am thankful. In the rush to decorate, coordinate, and host Thanksgiving my thoughts simply veered elsewhere, but make no mistake about it; my appreciation is alive and well. Devyn Bag: October 2011
http://devynbag.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 30, 2011. Afraid of the Dark. I’ve always been afraid of the dark. Honestly, I’m the world’s biggest chicken when it comes to silly things like this. So it was to my initial disappointment when my son decided to turn off all the lights in the house one Sunday night. He decided that it was time for the bad guys to put him in the dungeon, and it had to be dark to do it! Clearly, my husband and I couldn’t refuse. 8221; To which my son earnestly answers, “Yes we did.”. Sunday, October 23, 2011.

Monday, October 10, 2011. Holy Moly, ya'll, where the heck did September go? I know I constantly say this but time is really getting away from me. We have been doing great. Last Friday, Troy had his first day of school. Can you believe it.school? Other than the GI issues and the eye issues, our life is about as good as it gets. We are happy. I can honestly say this is probably the most relaxed I have felt in almost 3 years. Yesterday, we went up to UW Arboretum and my sister in law, Katrina. Rylee, our t...

I dont have time for this mess. Plus I am so tied. This time change has me all out of whack! God grant me the serenity. To accept the things I cannot change;. That was Mar...
