Saturday, 4 May 2013. Just posting some after-party pictures here. Eventually the weather on queensday turned out great, so it was fab to sit outside and crochet-in-public. Sales didn't go very well; queensday is really about bargaining and having fun, but I definitely had lots of people zooming in on me crocheting. It was great fun to chat with these people. And I had a perfect spot right in the middle of the Plompetorengracht party. Queensday rings. The lot. This turned out to be quite a popular model.

Knitting down the stash in 2011. January 3, 2014. So trying to get myself back to blogging. I took a bit of a hiatus when I joined Ravelry; then I took a hiatus from Ravelry and even knitting (! About halfway through 2013. I think one knitted article a month is do-able. Achievable goals is my resolution for 2014. I have one skein (199 metres) of fuschia. Søndag 6. juli 2014. Mitt andre Paelas-prosjekt er av pinnene, og jeg er så fornøyd! Fornøyd både med resultatet, og med garnet fra Quince and Co. Har aldri strikket med dette garnet før, og siden jeg har en hel skuff Q&C-garn er jeg glad for at det falt i smak. Dette er altså en Popcorndrakt. Har forresten ikke strikket popcorn før, det var morsomt å lære seg en ny teknikk! Det første Paelas-prosjektet er forresten ikke vist frem her enda, mangler en hel knapp. :) Coming up soon!
