la vie de boehm: February 2011
http://lavieboehm.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
February: Extreme Healthy Eating Month! Lean meats and fish. My goal is to exercise 40 minutes 4 times a week. I'm sure I won't meet that, but I will try. Ross is joining me in this endeavor, although he admittedly is not being as determined about it. He doesn't need or want to lose any weight, but I buy and cook most of the food and he is happy to go along with healthy eating. Our suppers for this week are as follows:. Monday: Leftover panang curry for me; not sure what Ross ate. Tales of an EarthMama.

The Life of Daniel: Embracing Sleeplessness
http://danielkla.blogspot.com/2013/08/embracing-sleeplessness.html
The Life of Daniel. Thursday, August 22, 2013. This (Thursday) evening was especially hard for me. After an evening at school I came home and was really unable to focus on anything else, making it really a pretty miserable evening. As I got ready for bed I could tell that it was really starting to consume me and from that point on I knew I wouldn't be getting any sleep. First, the talked about Brokenness. Secondly, Jamie had some brilliant writing on Vulnerability. Love and peace,. The Middle School Mouth.

My sister Grace came to visit last week! It was lots of fun to spend sister-time with her. We are six years apart, so we are just now getting to the age where we can be friends, and it is great! I love having a sister, and I am so proud of all the cool things she's doing - like that after she graduates from high school in May she's going to spend a gap year in Bolivia volunteering at an after-school program through Mennonite Central Committee. And she can run 10 miles. I love my sister! After that meatle...

The Life of Daniel: Christmas in July!!!
http://danielkla.blogspot.com/2012/07/christmas-in-july.html
The Life of Daniel. Wednesday, July 11, 2012. Today I had received a product for which I have been waiting for a month. My new MacBook Pro with Retina Display. This is a brand new model, just released on June 12. I know that most of you don't care, but, if you can't tell I'm very excited. It has the highest resolution display ever placed in a notebook. It is all flash which means that there are no moving parts. It is so fast that it makes my old laptop look like a turtle! The Middle School Mouth.

We who were formerly no people at all.". In my newspaper today, which was devoted mostly to the tenth anniversary of 9/11, I found an ad for picture frames on sale. So this afternoon I bought a frame for this print, which I have had for almost a year:. Among other things, it says this, if you can't read the picture:. Menno Simons, Reply to False Accusations. Flags flew, voices on the radio and television called for retaliation, the National Anthem was played more than ever in my life, Arab and Muslim Ame...
