The corner of my tent and the corner of the carport were right next to each other, so it really wasn't a great distance for the little insect to travel. Finally, it felt better (and, let's face it, I was impatient) so I got back into the workout groove yesterday. Tense in the morning than at any other time. For forty-five days now I've been doing Strength, Agility, and Flexibility exercises and Meditation. What do I think of it all. Honestly, I don't know. I thought about comparing this program thus far to the PCP, but that's not fair. The PCP is a refined program. The PCP has had time to mature. The KFB is in Beta stage. Bring on the next 45 days.

The day before I'll have my chin down on my knee with no problem and the next day I can't touch my toes.
