Saturday, August 7, 2010. Day 84: As usual- after a bad day, a good day. As often happened on the PCP, after I have a really bad day, I end up having a really good day. I got through my workout today without any trouble save the fact it still takes me an hour and a half. Tuesday, June 15, 2010. Lean Strong Flexible Agile. I've never been functionally stronger. And I'm getting great range of motion out of my legs. I thought I had peaked two years ago, but this new round of inner muscle is allowing for all kinds of fun. Also getting FAST. Brain and body are working together like never before. Wednesday, August 11, 2010. Day 89 - That blasted persistent calf muscle! I gave my calf muscle a couple of days off to rest and relax -. Finally, it felt better (and, let's face it, I was impatient) so I got back into the workout groove yesterday. Tense in the morning than at any other time. Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Day 46: Between the heat and the smoke. Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Congratulations to the Tigers. We are halfway through the Kung Fu body. For forty-five days now I've been doing Strength, Agility, and Flexibility exercises and Meditation. What do I think of it all. Honestly, I don't know. I thought about comparing this program thus far to the PCP, but that's not fair. The PCP is a refined program. The PCP has had time to mature. The KFB is in Beta stage. Bring on the next 45 days.

Wednesday, July 7, 2010. Day 53: Trailing on. The momentum seemed to be picking up on and off as I missed some of my practice. I thought of resetting my exercise to 2 weeks back, and spoke to Patrick about it. He suggested pushing on from where I was, follow through with the team. A lesson learnt. I am pushing through this. Monday, July 19, 2010. Anyone else have days where your flexibility levels just plummet? It happens to me sometimes. I'll suddenly lose 50% of my range of motion in my legs. The day before I'll have my chin down on my knee with no problem and the next day I can't touch my toes. Or when I was doing overhead crescent kicks on Tuesday and Thursday I can barely manage chest high. I still haven't pinpointed what brings on the Lockdown. This is my list of culprits. Monday, May 31, 2010. Day 17: Feeling Strong after so Long. After the PCP finished in August, I kept right along with my exercise and diet until February 1st. On that day,I did a workout at Patrick's studio to support some new PCPers and then when I got home my body just cried out "Tired!
