Wednesday, May 10, 2006. Second guessing our askonim! This week our community in Lakewood was horrified by the abduction and sexual assault of a 20 Year old girl from our community. May Hashem should give her and her Family the strength to survive this terrible ordeal. Lakewood lost its innocence this week,. Where it was normal to let our teens or wives go out at night to Shoprite or to a friend and not have to worry if they will come back, now. The debate was non stop! Should we start a shomrim patrol?
