Livin' La Vida LOCOlombia: Life in Rosales
http://livinlavidalocolombia.blogspot.com/2009/06/life-in-rosales.html
Livin' La Vida LOCOlombia. Monday, June 15, 2009. I'm totally in love with my new apartment despite the fact that I have locked myself out on the terrace once (had to climb through the TINY bathroom window, ripping my favorite jeans in the process to get back in), locked myself IN my bathroom twice (even though the door has never been locked) and have had a leaking ceiling for over a week! Livin' La Vida LOCOlombia: August 2009
http://livinlavidalocolombia.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Livin' La Vida LOCOlombia. Monday, August 24, 2009. Bruiser is in Bogota! He has finally made it to Bogota! After spending a year at Grandma's house (he's a lot like me-the longer I'm with any of my grandparents-the fatter I get), Bruiser has finally become an international wonder. I quickly decided to hit him up with another pill. Success! I was fully expecting to get my carry on (just like every other time there was no overhead space) right after I got off the plane. NOT THIS TIME! He had no sympathy!

http://livinlavidalocolombia.blogspot.com/2009/05/colombias-booty-aye-cartagena-de-indias.html
Livin' La Vida LOCOlombia. Monday, May 18, 2009. We had yet another long holiday weekend at the beginning of May, called a puente. A group of us headed to one of Colombia's biggest tourist destinations on the Caribbean coast for some friend's party on a pirate ship-costumes and all! It was a weekend full of good times, many laughs, live music and plenty of beach time. We saw some submarines that were once used in drug trafficking. The view of Cartagena from the pirate ship. Looks like Charleston, huh?

Livin' La Vida LOCOlombia. Sunday, July 13, 2008. Guess who packs more than 18 times their body weight for 2 years abroad? Friday I took 5 Rubbermaid containers packed full of everything I think Bruiser and I will need for our 2 year adventure in Bogota. Darnell, the extremely patient and STRONG. UPS man, couldn't believe that container #4 (weighing in at 111 pounds! Was strictly for my 6 pound Chihuahua. We have a 175 pound weight limit! And come to think of it, I didn't even pack his toys! Livin' La Vida LOCOlombia: September 2008
http://livinlavidalocolombia.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
Livin' La Vida LOCOlombia. Monday, September 22, 2008. While Catholic believers climb the steps of a chapel dedicated to the "Virgen Morena de Monserrat" on their feet or their knees as penitence in Spain, tourists and sportsmen can do the same thing simultaneously in Bogota by foot, cable car or train at Monserrate. I took the cable car but have plans to hike it one day. Miss Johnson's 5th Grade Class. Some of my boys just hanging out. Getting Back on the Blogging Wagon. 2 getting my packages unpacked.
