Thursday, March 5, 2009. First, salt and pepper both sides of the chops. Next, coat the chops first in the eggs, followed by the breadcrumbs, and finish off with the Parmesan cheese. Simply pan-fry on both sides until desired temp is reached. These pork chops are served great with yellow rice and I really enjoy cooking up some zucchini and squash. And for the record, my girlfriend found this recipe and is always the one who cooks this dish and they always come out AWESOME! Marriott in the Kitchen.
