One of Claudia's favorite winter dishes. It's the sweetness of peas, the spice of chorizo, and the heartiness of eggs. This is a great dish for a bowl in front of the TV on a chilly winter (or fall) evening. 1 or 2 is actually fine, but you will have less to serve. I used Palacio spanish dried chorizo.
