Matthew spreading ashes under the big pine in the Pecos. Tom, Cara and little Sydney saying farewell. Lindsey" as he was lovingly called died on August 14, 2009. None of us know much about his life before the age of 36 when he joined us but we do know that he touched us. Tom and Nan LINDSEY. Bryce, Sarah and Briggs LINDSEY.

Tuesday, October 14, 2008. Posted by Tom and Nan. Monday, October 13, 2008. Two weeks ago Laurie and Bill drove the 15 hours from New Mexico to California just to visit. They showed amazing spontaneity in just hopping in their motor home and coming to Cali. They parked their motor home in the driveway and we felt like the Clark Griswald family with relatives in the front yard. . We played lots of old people tennis and because of Tom's sneakiness were able to pull off the win. Posted by Tom and Nan.

Tuesday, March 6, 2012. Lindsay and Loren are Getting Married! Loren arranged (with a lot of white-lie telling from me) to have Lindsay come to So. Cal. for a "surprise". I got her here with the pretense of watching the twins while Kirk and I went to Las Vegas to see Garth Brooks. It worked perfectly! I picked up Loren from the airport at noon, we finished last minute preparations so when Lindsay came home with Kirk that night - Loren was all neatly "wrapped up" with the biggest surprise of her life!

Tuesday, May 31, 2011. 4TH DAY IN SOUTH AFRICA. We stayed in a three Bedroomed, three Bathroomed apartment that was so luxurious. Every Bedroom had it's own access to the balcony. Although this picture is blurred it shows the beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment was a block away from Cape Town Waterfront. We are in the 4th week of school! It's going great and the morning groans about getting up and the nightly homework battles are in full swing! Sam started his 2nd year in preschool and is loving it! He get so excited to go to school every morning! He goes three days a week! He is on the Volunteers! Martial Arts is going great as well!
