What should I wear? Most important: shoes that are comfortable and stick to your feet. Sling backs and flip flops are hard to dance in. Encouraging Words for Beginners. No alcohol, firearms, profanity, drugs, or otherwise inappropriate behavior will be tolerated. No aerials on the social dance floor (with the exception during performances). Low dips are also discouraged due the risk of injury.
