Accidentally Domestic: Easy Boiled Cabbage
http://juliahall.blogspot.com/2015/03/easy-boiled-cabbage.html
Saturday, March 7, 2015. Here is what you will need:. 1 small-medium head of cabbage (depending on how many you are serving). 3 slices of salt pork (aka fatback, streaked meat, or whatever other name you might call it). About 1/2 cup of water. Salt and Pepper - I prefer to use kosher salt and the seasoned pepper you see in the front of the picture.actually I use the seasoned pepper on almost everything I cook. You should have 4 large chunks when you are done:. When your meat is good and browned up, go ah...

Life with the Rudys: March 2014
http://lifewiththerudys.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Last week we made a toast. A toast to Ryan for passing all four parts of the CPA. A toast for Ryan passing all four parts on the first try. A toast to Ryan for making ridiculously high scores on each test. A toast to the last four and a half years of our life that included a MBA degree, additional accounting classes and four CPA tests. A toast to NO MORE STUDYING. A toast to me for surviving this with a two year old and a newborn. We love you and are so proud of your accomplishments. We went to the docto...

Adventures with the Austins: August 2014
http://jamesandlaurenaustin.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Saturday, August 23, 2014. This is something that I wanted to be sure and record because I want our kids to be able to go back and see these pictures in the blog book that I print for many years to come! By wisdom a house is built and through understanding it's walls are established. Through knowledge it's rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.". As the bones of our house are formed, we give Him the glory and want the very foundation of this house to reflect Him. Your God with all your heart.

Adventures with the Austins: October 2014
http://jamesandlaurenaustin.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Thursday, October 23, 2014. Williamsburg, Virginia 2014. Last week, we took a trip to Virginia with James's parents, his brother and family and it was incredible! Our last day we went to Jamestown, the first colony in America and then we saw Yorktown, where we defeated the British. Of course I'll post too many pics, but there was a lot to see! Up early, dark early. Our flight left Amarillo at 5:30 am. Sydney couldn't understand why she was up this early…neither could we! Anyone spot a boar? Uncle Luke wa...

Adventures with the Austins: November 2014
http://jamesandlaurenaustin.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 2, 2014. We had a fun day on Friday dressing up and getting out and about and trick or treating. Sydney was more into it this year and by that I mean a sucker made her happy while we walked around! Sydney's reaction to her costume. In the neighborhood and ready to go with my little owl and police officer. We stopped by to see the cousins and Katherine's fantastic job of decorating their front porch. My favorite costume of the night? She was a bottle of relish! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Before I was a mother… | Southernly Ever After
https://southernlyeverafter.wordpress.com/2015/07/28/before-i-was-a-mother
Living our happily ever after – southern style! Before I was a mother…. Posted in Life In General. Before I was a mother, I never knew how many conversations I’d have about poop. I never knew how excited I would be to watch my baby learn something new. I never knew just how tiny newborn diapers are (and preemie diapers in our case), and how fast they would outgrow them. I never knew I could miss someone in the very next room so much, when I lay her down to sleep. I never knew just how important naps are.

Whitlee | 8 Months | Southernly Ever After
https://southernlyeverafter.wordpress.com/2015/08/04/whitlee-8-months
Living our happily ever after – southern style! Posted in Monthly Update. Funny story. The other day, a girl I work with was asking if I had started planning Whitlee’s first birthday party. I was like, Well yeah. Cause, I’m obsessive. Which I have. I’ve actually had a secret Pinterest board since before she was born. Crazy, I know. But then my friend was like, Yeah I figured you did. It’s like what. 4 months away? How did this happen? Still only has eyes for her daddy. And because, ducks! Whew, another m...

http://www.thebutchinofamily.com/2013/11/another-4-months.html
Saturday, November 9, 2013. I don't know what my deal is! I vow that I'm going to be a good blogger, then I go 4 months without a post! Well, here I am again! This is what my kiddos look like now. Brookie just turned 3. Instead of a party, she chose to do a pageant the weekend before her birthday. It was a "Back to School" theme. She rocked it! She got her highest scores ever and was double crowned! She won Overall Photo Supreme and 0-4 Dollface! She is so determined and I love watching her! Sunday, we h...

Saturday, November 16, 2013. He wrote "mommy", "daddy", "Brooklyn", and "dogs" without me! How sweet and smart is my baby? Yesterday, Steven and I had to go meet with Carter's teacher for his fall progress conference. It went great. He is meeting and exceeding all standards and she said he is a joy to have in class. I am so proud of my little guy! He's only been in school for 2 months and he has come so far already. The sky's the limit! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). 32 weeks, 5 days Gestation.
