What ever made me think I could make it through one of the most difficult therapies (Prolonged Exposure Therapy) while being unmedicated is beyond me. The lies we tell ourselves. Maybe it was. I was not medicated ;). Hey, at least I tried and gave it my all. So yeah, it did not work out. I completely crashed. I sank, really REALLY low. My worst depression. It was quite scary.
