This was the first time I had run more than 2 miles since I started casually running this summer! 2 I have never felt so good while running and after running as well. Danielle Marie: Keep On Keepin' On

Thursday, January 27, 2011. Keep On Keepin' On. I finished my first weekend of 12 hour clincal. Shifts at the hospital this past weekend, followed by two evenings in mental health at the VAMC. I have to say I'm quite pleased with how they both went. I was REALLY nervous for the hospital. We are in orthopedics dealing with hip and knee replacements and other broken bones. I learned so much in those two days. I did my first cath. Placement, went to physical therapy, passed lots of meds. Keep On Keepin On.

Tuesday, February 7, 2012. So this has been a lot harder than I was hoping. I was doing ok with cravings the first couple days, but then it hit me! All I want to eat is oreos, bread, ranch dressing, pizza, chips and salsa.all the goodies :) Eating out is difficult as well when those you're with order french fries and bread and potatoes and I don't get any. Thursday, April 21, 2011. Harder than I Thought. Okay, so I haven't been. The greatest at keeping you updated. There's really not a whole lot of excitement going on with my life, so it's hard to write anything interesting. In the last couple months I have pretty much finished up my LPN program with graduation May 13 th. I have started studying for the NCLEX. Which seems like an impossible feat. I start at North Hennepin. So far however, I've managed. I got myself a swim coach from SCSU.

Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Last night I made eggs for breakfast for about three days, grilled some chicken breast and made a HUGE veggie and chicken breast salad. I feel better knowing I have options at work. I brought and orange and more almonds/cranberries. I had gone grocery shopping last week before I knew about this challenge and bought deli meat, bread and all the fixings to make sandwiches for lunch at work. I bought pretzels, oreos (I finished these before I started the challenge!
