FREAKING FANTASTIC TORTILLA SOUP. 1 - 32oz box of chicken broth (I use Swanson 35% less sodium). 4 cups of water plus 1/4 cup of water. 2 large chicken breasts - I buy a rotisserie chicken and use those breasts. 1/2 package of Lawry's Fajita Seasoning. 1 small yellow onion. 2 Tbls of EVOO. 1 bag of frozen cut corn. 1 - 10oz can of Original Rotel. 1- 145 oz can of petite cut tomatoes.

Monday, February 28, 2011. Yesterday the girls were FULL OF IT. I mean they went non-stop from the moment they woke up til the moment they passed out in the evening. It was exhausting! At one point I looked at Kyle and said, "Babe, they're crazy! How'd they get like this? Jess, have you met us? Touché, Ky, touché. They maybe crazy, but they are mine. And I love them, crazies and all! If nothing else, they are entertaining! Thursday, February 24, 2011. Its been over a year. It is time to get the weight off.

Monday, February 20, 2012. Lucy's class just finished a unit on the postal service. They learned all about what happens when you mail a letter. To finish the unit they took a field trip to the post office to mail their valentines! There is a post office right across the street from Lucy's school, so we bundled the kiddos up and walked with them. It was as adorable as you would imagine ;). Lucy and Taylor. BFFs.
