Grandma K’s Banana Bread – the Gluten-Free/Dairy-Free version. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1 t apple cider vinegar. 2 very ripe bananas. 1/4 cup Earth Balance Soy-Free. 1 cup packed almond flour. 1/2 cup tapioca flour. 1/2 cup white rice flour. 1/2 t baking soda. 2 t baking powder. 1 T agar flakes.
