I am very excited to be going back - strange to tell. I am sitting in an internet cafe from the genteel atlantic resort town of Biarritz, where I have been celebrating the marriage of our university friend of the 'teeny-tiny feet' (i am not the first to employ the epithet). Ed is in Chicago. What am I doing in Chicago? Friday, December 08, 2006. I have been trying to publish these photos, off and on for about a month. It's all stuff from the Museum of Mexican Fine Arts. Not every piece there is great art but it is very lively and varied. The range of media worked in is almost endless. See Flora in front of a piece made entirely from? Made entirely from beads. Ed is in Chicago. What am I doing in Chicago? Friday, October 27, 2006. We got the bike from a collective which exports good bikes to poor places and sells poor bikes to Chicagoans to fund it. This ol' baby set us back $50. (The bike). It's getting a bit chilly now for fun cycling, and the wind tends to alter its direction in order to give me extra exercise. Ed is in Chicago. What am I doing in Chicago? Sunday, August 06, 2006. I do like to stroll along the prom' prom' prom'. It’s been a good while since I last posted. I now have a son of whom more at OurSprogSpot. For the moment though, the main thing in my head is the joy of the holidays. I have finished my job for the summer, and Flora and I headed straight to the beach to stay at a holiday home provided to us by super-generous parents of Flora’s Uni chum. A little later he said Do you speak English?
