Pettingill Pages: October 2014
http://pettingillpages.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 3, 2014. I have a tradition of sending photos to the Pettingill/Barnard family members and our grandchildren for their birthdays. Even from a foreign country I can send 4x6 photos inexpensively through the internet. My "scrapbook pages" are smaller than most. This has been a fun way to share some of our experiences. Since I posted the Galapagos pictures, I thought Zamora should be showcased as well:. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Some of our favorite blogs. Dad's view of Gracie Mordue.

Pettingill Pages: March 2015

Monday, March 2, 2015. Near the End of our Mission. We are thinking about what else we should clean so that our apartment is spick and span for the sister missionaries who will move in this weekend. We will leave on Friday and stay in Guayaquil at the temple apartments until we fly your direction on the 12th of March. We expect to be in Idaho late that night. Grandpa found some seedless grapes. These were imported and expensive but they were a delicious treat. This family is selling their homemade cheese:.

Sunday, January 23, 2011. January Snow Trip and First Scripture Reward. Isn't the view fantastic? It was worth the long drive! Jeffrey, Anna and I spent the day together. The snow was too deep for them to walk comfortably, so after we hiked around for a while and then had lunch, we settled in the parking lot to play. Before lunch, we used shovels to dig out a tunnel and some snow caves. Beth, our Josh, and Josh Hodson digging out the snow tunnel. Savanah, Ashely, Katie and Kendall- 3rd Ward Laurels.

Our Family: July 2010

Sunday, July 18, 2010. July brings the last of the summer birthdays. Adam turned 9 and is no longer in Dad's wolf pack for Cub Scouts. We had to celebrate his birthday the night before because we spent most of the day driving to Rich's family reunion. Driving to Utah, Jeffrey and Anna were absorped in the travel booklets Grandma Jeri made. It was our easiest long distance drive ever. Life with a nearly three-year old girl is pretty nice! They all have water babies in the pool! The reunion took place near...

Sunday, August 7, 2011. Summer 2011- Trip to Utah for the 4th of July, part 1. Summer has flown by. I have a bunch of pictures to post from all the fun we have had. The summer started off with a bang for Daniel's 15th birthday. Then we had girls' camp, Cub Scout Camp, and Boys Scout Camp for three weeks of June. The sun never came out much until the second half of June, and we wondered what was happening to our summer! The kids spent time indoors together doing things like making popsicle stick houses.

Monday, February 24, 2014. A Lovely Celebration of the Martin's Mission in Guayaquil. The Martins wanted to take several local couples out for lunch at the Granchef buffet to thank them for their help and friendship during their mission. They also invited several senior missionary couples to accompany them. We enjoyed a wonderful meal and an even better time all together as friends. You can see Tim Martin standing above. Below are several shots of the food. Here are Nancy and Tim Martin below. The Martin...

Sunday, February 27, 2011. Final fun of President's Week. We had a great week for our vacation. Besides the snow and painting, we watched Megamind and The Sorcerer's Apprentice, the older kids went to several parties, we had too much ice cream, and I personally ate out at least once each day. Wow! Now that's a vacation! We also had the Pinewood Derby for Adam and celebrated my grandma's 99th birthday- the same night. Here are some pictures. Wednesday, February 23, 2011. We went to a snow park called Adve...

Wednesday, March 17, 2010. Here's what our menu looked like today, although not necessarily in this order. How many green food items can you count? Happy St. Patty's Day, lads and lassies! Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Car trouble.or should I say child trouble? I posted this on my other blog, but I know you don't have that one on your Yahoo account, Pat, so I am posting it on here, too. I hope you get a laugh out of it. We weren't laughing at the time, but we are now. : ). To be sure that we redeem ourselves ...
