Baking With Altitude: August 2010
http://bakingwithaltitude.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
A sea level baker. 7,000 feet up. Sunday, August 29, 2010. Pound Cake, Take I. The first cake I ever baked at 7,000 feet was a pound cake that my grandmother used to make. Simple. Basic. Disastrous. It was an overly sweet, heavy mess. I never baked another one ‘til now. Add eggs one at a time.
