Wednesday, July 13, 2011. I got a little nostalgic earlier today as I was cleaning Carter's now practically empty room. I hate moving and I love moving. I hate packing, bleh. I love a new adventure. I hate leaving people behind. I love new possibilities. I hate that my feet hurt from packing, cleaning, and hauling. I love that tomorrow I will see my parents! Monday, September 3, 2012. It Is a Job. Brett got a job! After several months of job searching, Brett finally got a job that he really wanted. He will be working as a prosecutor for Maricopa County. We are really excited about it and thankful the job search is over. To celebrate we planned a quick trip to Chicago to see Brett's family. Brett and Carter flew out Wednesday and I followed on Friday after my last day of work on Thursday! If anyone is around Phoenix I am now home all the time! It Is a Job.

Monday, February 28, 2011. Today I went back to work part-time. Sad. Day. This day came out of nowhere and I wasn't really prepared. I lined up a baby sitter just last Thursday thinking maybe somehow something would happen and I wouldn't have to go back to work. But the lottery failed me, so back to work I went. Tuesday, June 26, 2012. After watching Toy Story 3 a million times (only slight exaggeration), I decided to branch out Carter's movie viewing choices. And because I'm cheap and don't want to buy movies he doesn't like, I headed to the library. I cam home with Cars 2, Monster's Inc. and Tarzan. I let Carter pick and he eventually looked at Monster's Inc. the longest, so I went with that. He doesn't seem any worse for wear now, but what do you think?
