Not my problem… | stefr.net
http://wordpress.stefr.net/2012/12/18/not-my-problem
Not my problem…. Yesterday I sent this ‘complaint’ to a friend… then I realized… if I actually took the time to type out my complaints like I did with this one… I could revive my blog! Maybe… it’s an idea. Perhaps a New Year’s Resolution? It’s a Monday bitch session…. So – the mail came to the office today… and I went thru it all… and went to distribute Christmas cards to employees that received them today —. One guy’s computer monitor was soooo dusty, I don’t know how he works! From your own site.

Unsolicited Advice | stefr.net
http://wordpress.stefr.net/2015/03/05/unsolicited-advice
The Unlikely Mommy Blogger on Unsolicited Advice #1. No, I don’t want to talk about breastfeeding. I’ll get to that later. Someday. Maybe.). Here is just a bit of (unsolicited) advice that I cherished:. Formula: I can say for sure that the Similac Moms club sends free formula samples and tons of rebate checks; Enfamil sent me a good amount of rebate checks as well. Sign up for them all – you never know what your baby is going to like! They are generally age-appropriate, AND you can. Last us almost a year...

A two year old. Sean’s second birthday party was amazing – we had a lot of fun… and Mom loved using her creative juices to decorate! At age 2, I’m not sure how much kids really understand what is going on; at this point, maybe it is still more for the parents and families. Sean did say “Oh Wow” and “Oh Boy” a couple of times while opening his gifts… maybe it was just the thought of seeing new things? When deciding on a highchair for your child – please consider one with a removable seat pad. Having the a...

Months | stefr.net
http://wordpress.stefr.net/2015/01/27/months
My kid will be 20-months tomorrow. When do people stop staying. I think I’m over it – it’s too much work to think “. Which month is this again. 8221; and it’s likely a pain to friends and strangers who try to figure the months out in their head. My kid will be 2 in May. How’s that? Two Geez. Wow. Soon the days will be gone where I get to pick everything for him. 8211; or rather, he doesn’t complain when I finally choose one for him! The Small Stuff | stefr.net
http://wordpress.stefr.net/2015/01/15/the-small-stuff
The Unlikely Mommy Blogger on – Baby Registries #1. I’ll start with registering for the small stuff, because I feel like I can say a lot on this topic! I once asked a pregnant friend about registering for bath stuff – baby wash, lotion and shampoo. Truth is, I was planning to buy her baby a bathtub, and wanted to make a cute gift set out of it – including towels, wash, shampoo, etc…. I didn’t really know how to respond, but silently marked that gift idea off my list. I did register for that stuff! Leave ...

Blessed? | stefr.net
http://wordpress.stefr.net/2012/09/26/blessed
As seen on Facebook:. Thank you so much for all the birthday wishes! I feel blessed to have so many thoughtful friends! Your birthday is listed on Facebook – those hundred-thousand-whatever people (er, friends) didn’t know it was your birthday! I would feel MORE blessed to remove my birthday from Facebook every year, and receive the 10 or so birthday messages from my REAL friends who really knew it was my birthday. Now, THAT’s special. Blankets | stefr.net
http://wordpress.stefr.net/2015/01/08/blankets
The Unlikely Mommy Blogger on – Blankets. Sean received tons of blankets for his baby showers and his birth. I had registered for a few that I liked – we had a loose elephant motif, consisting of Carter’s bedding and random other elephant designs. Babies R Us had the cutest fleece blankets with blue and green elephants – I just couldn’t wait to wrap him up in those soft, beautiful blankets. Those were great for swaddling and even as the occasional burp cloth! FeedYou can leave a response. A two year old.

Last night, SB and I were trying to figure out if we’d ever been to Carrabba’s. I don’t really know what got us on the subject… but SB remembered someone had told him that Carrabba’s was an “upscale Olive Garden.”. I was pretty sure we’d been there years ago… but couldn’t recall what we’d eaten, or if we enjoyed it. Alas – the search feature on the trusty old blog! Does anyone read them? And do I really want them out in the open? Sean turned three about 5 weeks ago- we had his party ON his birthday.

ME. Mom. | stefr.net
http://wordpress.stefr.net/2013/05/22/me-mom
Five months since my last bitch-fest… and suddenly I feel the need to come back…. So the latest news around here… next week, around this time, if all goes as planned… I’ll be a MOM. Wow. Yah, so… I guess I kind of left that out…. In the last 9 months, I’ve found that I’ve becoming increasingly bitchier at times… I am more easily annoyed… and have (gasp! We’re having a boy… at this point, scheduled for induction on Tuesday, May 28. My biggest thought about it all –. This past week, I bought a baby book &#...
