Indecisive Baker: March 2011
http://indecisivebaker.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
I'm slowly narrowing down years worth of recipes that have been either bookmarked, earmarked, tabbed with a sticky note, or written on a scrap of paper found at the bottom of my junk drawer. It's a great cast/aluminum pan with a super non-stick surface. It just has a 'good' weight to it! I used a modified recipe from Creations By Kara. 1 Tbsp baking powder. Stir in m...

Wednesday, September 28, 2011. Quinoa with Mushrooms and Broccoli. In my efforts to incorporate healthier meals into our weekly meals I am working hard to find healthy substitutions for some of our favorite dishes. Over the last several years Robert and I have become big fans of risotto, but the complex carbs in the rice, and amount of cheese make it less than ideal when it comes to trying to eat great and lose weight. Quinoa with Mushrooms and Broccoli. 1 cup rinsed quinoa. 2 cups salted water. Bring th...

http://athymetoeat.blogspot.com/2012/09/jalapeno-peach-glazed-chicken.html
Monday, September 17, 2012. Jalapeno Peach Glazed Chicken. Robert and I at Rombauer Vineyards. After the Bar was firmly behind us, Robert and I escaped for a week in Napa to drink some wine, take in beautiful weather and scenery, and just enjoy each other. It was wonderful! The timing of our trip could not have been better planned as the day I got back to work I was in the middle of crunch time for a project at work that continued through the month of August and into the first of September. In a medium b...

Steak, Mushroom, and Asparagus Pasta with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce. 8 ounces cremini mushrooms, sliced.

Handgefärbte Sockenwolle und mehr…. Sonntag, 3.
