Building our Verona with Ryan Homes: December 2014
http://ryanverona56.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Building our Verona with Ryan Homes. Sunday, December 21, 2014. Taken from the street. Our future garage on the left! I can just picture the future walk out patio door and two small windows! One window is located next to the sliding glass door and one will be located in unfinished area (right side). Our neighbor's home is going up across the street. It's amazing that they just started framing that house a day prior to taking that picture. I really hope that my next post involves a lot of wood! Building o...

Building our Verona with Ryan Homes: Pre-Drywall Meeting Tomorrow
http://ryanverona56.blogspot.com/2015/02/pre-drywall-meeting-tomorrow.html
Building our Verona with Ryan Homes. Thursday, February 5, 2015. Tomorrow is our pre-drywall meeting. Drywall will already be getting installed as we are attending the meeting. Is that normal? On another note, we had another mortgage lender run all the numbers with all of the figures given by NVR and guess what.even without including the $15000 in closing help we would have to bring less money to closing, our interest rate and payment would be lower. Does that even make sense? February 5, 2015 at 5:51 PM.

Building our Verona with Ryan Homes. Saturday, January 24, 2015. Our First Time Inside. I had a nice treat on Thursday. On my way to work, I did a drive by to see if there was anything new going on at the house. Our PM was there and asked me if I wanted to come in and take a look around! Of course, I said yes! See pictures of the progress below! Other than that, I am happy with the progress of the house and our PM. He has been great about being on top of things and answering our questions. Building our Verona with Ryan Homes: Home Orientation & Inspection Complete!
http://ryanverona56.blogspot.com/2015/03/home-orientation-inspection-complete.html
Building our Verona with Ryan Homes. Thursday, March 26, 2015. Home Orientation and Inspection Complete! On the exterior, the inspector had a few comments regarding downspouts and flexispouts being further away from the house. He also said that with new construction you can get sink holes in the soil around the foundation overtime, so make sure that we have someone come back and tamp down around the foundation to compact the soil. There were still a few things that needed touched up. Thank you, Kathy!
