The royal household of Luxembourg has announced today that HRH The Hereditary Grand Duke (Prince Guillaume) is engaged to his Belgian girlfriend, Comtesse Stéphanie de Lannoy. Premier Jean-Claude Juncker is expected to formally announce the news sometime this morning (Luxembourg time). Sad news for the Dutch Royal Family.
