The Old Boatstore Cafe. Is reached by a flight of stairs and is a beautifully proportioned two bedroom, open plan apartment. The feeling of space is enhanced by the huge picture window at the front of the apartment that provides unbroken views out to sea where you can watch local fisherman at work, yachts and the Royal Navy wandering about, the ferries coming and going and Plymouth breakwater. Proximity to the beach can not be faulted - just pick up your towel and walk the ten paces from the door!
