Hi I’m vegan and love to cook. I tend to use seasonal foods, buy organic produce that are locally grown. I gather most of my ingredients from a local farmers market and the sacramento co-op. Basically, I love food. I always have and always will, but now in a more cruelty-free way. So, thank you for letting me share my vegan cooking adventures with you. 9654; 2 Responses. In The Waiting Line…. Beer It’s what’s for dinner. June 1, 2011 · 10:36 am. In hindsight, I probably should have called the fire department at one point. Here is my mini mid-week update! I stumbled back into the kitchen and tried to cook again! I would like to first start out by saying that it was a very rocky road. I almost went blind. I almost burnt down my apartment. I wasted many a produce. I cried (involuntarily) at one point. It was a journey of somewhat-epic proportions. Will always lead to mishap.
