The gondola was carrying workers and marble tiles which probably was overloaded,beyond it’s design capacity and the safety features either did not work or was also beyond it’s capacity to restrain. Safety is so lax and workers are so insecure.

Before any investors were to consider investing in the Iskandar Development Region in Southern Johor (IDR), they are slapped with contribution funds. Any investors or companies who intend to participate in the IDR must first pay contributions to a social fund that would be set up by the government. Observed who are the workers in the industry? Didn't they generate out skill workers and skillful supervisors?

All the time, whenever there is a claim which the government disputed, the superintendent officer and the project team representing the government, stood on hard ground. The government represented by the superintendent officer were prepared to go to court or arbitration to remedy. It's no different this time.
