We bought a composter a few weeks ago and it is now being filled with all our organic produce scraps, egg shells, and coffee grounds - some of which are our nitrogen elements. It took Jim awhile to put it together because of his current work schedule, but he ended up with a good excuse to return to Lowe's for *additional* tools. Noah LOVED helping daddy build it! When I returned to the specialist doctor, I was told that if my symptoms returned I needed to get back on the medicine and I would probably always have to take Nexium. When I inquired about alternatives and delving into the actual cause of the reflux, instead of treating the symptoms, I was told not to "waste my time or money".
