The Part Time Writer. I am not coeliac, I do have a brother who is , and a sister with a bad relationship with wheat so I do occasionally try out gluten free recipes on my family so if necessary I can produce something for everyone to enjoy. I am also a lazy baker so simple is key. I found this excellent recipe on Pinterest. And it appealed to me doubly it is as simple as you can get, just 3 ingredients, it is also full of peanut butter, I LOVE peanut butter. I could eat it by the spoonful. Be More Cat .
