Sunday, January 31, 2010. Even though things have been busy, I still wake up and do the exercises that are mapped out in my diet and for the most part I have stuck to the diet 100%. I am looking forward to getting settled and beginning a new year, at my new place. Everything is getting much easier but I am sure the time is coming where alot more is demanded from us. The Peak Condition Project - Cory: Hello PCP

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-cory.blogspot.com/2010/02/hello-pcp.html

Friday, February 19, 2010. I took a week off of work so that I could focus on my studies and being so dormant at home has made it hard not to want to pig out. All in all its been going ok but I have made it a goal to focus more time on creating meals different than what I have been eating previously. I need to use my natural talents and I haven't been. Time for things to change. February 20, 2010 at 11:39 AM. February 21, 2010 at 12:54 PM. February 22, 2010 at 6:27 AM. February 22, 2010 at 11:03 AM.

The Peak Condition Project - Marissa: Day 57: 3%

http://thepeakconditionproject-marissa.blogspot.com/2010/03/day-57-3.html

Friday, March 12, 2010. So I weighed in today- I know I'm not supposed to be checking my weight, but my scale has a bodyfat measurer in it (who knows how accurate, but it's the only one I've got), and you have to let it weigh you to get to the bodyfat percentage part. The good news is that I'm down 3% in bodyfat! Busts out happy dance:. March 12, 2010 at 7:32 PM. March 12, 2010 at 9:25 PM. March 20, 2010 at 5:35 AM. Gonna bust out a Booyah, circa 1995! The Peak Condition Project - Helen Jane: April 2010

http://thepeakconditionproject-helen.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html

Friday, April 16, 2010. That went fast but slow. Hard but well, hard. I'm sad to say I didn't do this 100%. But I'm totally happy with my progress. I moved a household of four people and one dog during this process. As well, I have gone from having a 6 week old baby to a 4 month old baby. I've lost 26 pounds. Most importantly, I've learned how to eat again. Can't eat chips any more. I used to love them. Now they're disgusting. I'd rather have fruit. Friday, April 2, 2010. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

http://thepeakconditionproject-marissa.blogspot.com/2010/03/day-61-i-have-no-idea-what-time-it-is.html

Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Day 61: I have no idea what time it is. So Daylight Savings Time began again this weekend, and it always throws me for a loop. When DST is in effect, my body loses all sense of what time it is. I know it's only an hour's difference from standard time, but I become so time-disoriented! You know how you usually have some semi-accurate internal clock? On the plus side, it is 6:30pm and it's still gorgeously blue-skied outside. I love springtime. March 16, 2010 at 7:09 PM. http://thepeakconditionproject-erik.blogspot.com/2010/03/day-67.html

Monday, March 22, 2010. Anyways, enough about that, how about some food pictures! Up until about 2 weeks ago, I would bring my breakfast to work at eat at my desk (along with lunch and dinner). However recently as I have been trying to do my jumprope in the morning, I'm also trying to eat breakfast at home so I don't have to bring so much to work (and not spend as much time there either :). March 24, 2010 at 3:44 AM. I also wish I could jump automatically in the mornings. When will that happen? The Peak ...

Monday, April 12, 2010. Gotta get ready for work soon. Yesterday was just miserable here with weather reverting to winter-like conditions, but this morning has been great! The sun is out, the temperature is back up, and I got a good jumprope/8 min ab session in before work. Right now just eating breakfast and catching up on everyone's blogs. Life is good! April 13, 2010 at 12:37 AM. Wow, Eric, look at those abs! April 13, 2010 at 5:13 AM. The hard work has really paid off. April 15, 2010 at 2:17 PM.

Friday, March 26, 2010. Just back from out of town. Just got back from out of town.man, being at a convention in Germany for a few days is tough on the diet. Some things are easy to be strict on but other things just aren't.good to be back home and now I will be moving back to Japan on the 5th.can't wait to see what happens once I get my hands on the Japanese veg that I love to eat. Sunday, April 25, 2010. The Wrap Up Part 2: Final Thoughts. It's been a week and a half since Day 90, and I still can't believe how fast the program went! Can't say I have anything more original to say than what has already been said, but I can detail what going through and completing the PCP has done for me:. I have established better eating habits. 1) Eating and drinking till I am satisfied, not full. 2) Eating 5-6 smaller portions a day. 3) Eating healthy, well-balanced meals. The Peak Condition Project - Marissa: Day 70: Jacked up.

http://thepeakconditionproject-marissa.blogspot.com/2010/03/day-70-jacked-up.html

Thursday, March 25, 2010. Day 70: Jacked up. My shoulder is jacked up. That workout from day 63 was the final straw for it. It's been unworkable since then. I can do my cardio and my legs, but anything involving the arms is a no-go. It sucks, it pisses me off, but I pushed to keep up when I should've been taking it easier, and now I have to rest it for an extended period. (Swell.). I don't have anything else to add at this point- just frustrated. Upset. Sore. March 25, 2010 at 5:45 PM. Damn - that sucks!

The Peak Condition Project - Kelly and Steve: Final days

http://thepeakconditionproject-kellysteve.blogspot.com/2010/04/final-days.html

Monday, April 19, 2010. Well, that's it, it's over. What a time it was. A ton of hard work, a ton of learning, trials and tribulations as people got injured (Kelly), recovered (Kelly), struggled with the program and it's demands, celebrated breakthroughs and generally learned a lot about themselves. Cheers to you all for getting through this. April 20, 2010 at 4:21 AM. Nice work Steve. Your obliques are kickin! Youve had probably one of the more tumultuous PCPs ever but you kept it positive and rocked it!

Friday, March 6, 2009. The easiest thing about PCP is diving into some of my guilty pleasures. of which I have so many. Like listening to music I usually would be embarrassed to have on my ipod, like the new Brittany Spears album, awesome beats for working out. Last night was the season finale and they were in the top 2, but ended up losing to quest crew :(. Tuesday, March 3, 2009. So we are just over half way, can you believe it! I can't. The truth is I've secretly been wanting to challenge myself to a break from drinking and focus more on exercise for a long time and PCP's slightly cooler than AA. It's great not waking up with a hangover everyday wondering what the hell you wrote on facebook. or posted on pcp! Was that my ass? Yes, it was. Oh geez, not again.

Wednesday, September 7, 2011. Day 69: Out and About. I live in a great city for people-watching. It's so small and dense that the streets are always full of people. Well-dressed bankers scurrying on their lunch breaks. Chic high school students smoking outside the Lycée Ampère. People strolling down Rue de la République. Under all those designer duds. No amount of high-end makeup or custom tailoring can make a stressed, exhausted person who doesn't eat properly and never exercises look. Kept my composure...

Tuesday, 15 March 2011. So managed to get off track with all the noise in the mkt but keeping to schedule diet wise to the fullest and am still starting to see results. My workout routine has not really been up to par but I plan on changing that this week and next. Sunday, 6 March 2011. Rock n Roll, everything going smoothly. I am starting to actually feel better already. One thing to mention is I also decided to quit smoking during these 90 days as well as give up drinking in general.

Friday, April 15, 2011. Day 90 Pics @ 73-75kg and 17% body fat. Time for some new trousers. Inspired by Vittorio-though not as impressive. Fitter,certainly-though more gormless. Eating healthily is simple. I really like and want to eat vegetables. I really like eating (at least) 6 times a day. The connection between my diet and my body is real, if I eat crap I look crap. Going to the gym without eating carefully is useless. I always knew I liked skipping for a good reason. An average apple weighs 170gms.

Monday, August 30, 2010. This program has brought me back to myself. Through a combination of common sense diet, simple (and hard) exercise, and the support of incredible people who live around the world, I was able to make decisions that lead me back to life. Look at this elegant babe:. Naoko, my sweet age mate. Royce, shooting star blazing and gone. Elena, elegant striving New Yorker. Jenny, honest, beautiful yearning young woman. Kowhai, down under loyal, plain speaking achiever. To strive for the Peak.
