May 24, 2008. I'm starting a diet. So I am starting this diet. the first 8 days is a detox. I can only eat veggies and oil. and not even the veggies I like. no carrots or corn. bummer. After 4 days I get to add whole grains, like amaranth, quinoa. Millet and buckwheat. After the 8 day detox part, I get to add chicken, eggs, fish and turkey. This is day two and so far I'm already tired. Of lettuce, zucchini, cauliflower. Center for Advanced Health. And yes I have an exercise. This morning, and Mackenzie.

The Father Daughter Dance at church, the girls had a lot of fun. wish I had been able to take more pictures, but I wasn't really supposed to be there! We went to the Sawdust Factory with our MOPS group, it was a lot of fun, the girls made mother's day presents for their grandmas. They turned out really nice, as always! Aug 16, 2009. Kaitlyn goes to Kindergarten! Kaitlyn's first day of Kindergarten was August 10th. She is going to Carnelian Elementary, which is so nice, it is only a 10 min walk from the house. however on our way out the door for her first day, her and Mackenzie started fighting over who was going to sit in the front of the stroller. they both got put in timeout for 10min so I could finish getting everything together. From California to Michigan. Tuesday, February 17, 2009. Wow it has been a while since I updated the blog. I tend to not want to update while Ron is working because our Internet can be dicey. It slows things down when I upload pictures and such so I try not to do it too much during the work week, this leaves weekends which lately have been non-existent!
