Baby Gronseth: Tribute to Chili Dog
http://babygronseth.blogspot.com/2011/07/tribute-to-chili-dog.html
Sunday, July 17, 2011. Tribute to Chili Dog. This memoir will definitely have a bit of a rambling feel. Both of us have been working on this throughout the day, passing the computer back and forth when we think of things to say. Chili is from Magnolia, Texas, a small town just north of Houston. He was the largest of his litter and the gentlest. We both read. The Art of Raising a Puppy. We ran him through some of the tests we’d read about, but we’d have taken him even if he failed one of them. As we drove...

Baby Gronseth: April 2010
http://babygronseth.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 17, 2010. It's so good to be home! I got stuck at the Atlanta airport last night on my way back into town from Charleston. It was initially a big bummer, but I was able to stay with my high school buddy Matt. And spend some time catching up with him. He was gracious enough to pick me up at the MARTA. Station and offer me his guest room for the short night. I think the trouble and unfriendly employees were Delta's ways of getting back at me for taking this. I had no idea he even knew that ...

Baby Gronseth: May 2011
http://babygronseth.blogspot.com/2011_05_01_archive.html
Monday, May 30, 2011. Korea Memories - Thursday, May 19. 8220;Despite our differences we’re all actually very similar.”. Or is it “Despite our similarities we’re all actually very different? I don’t know if my mind is more simple than I like to think it is, but this is the debate that’s been bouncing around in my head since I took 2 weeks off and traveled halfway around the world to Korea with Susie. We took over 550 pictures and videos over the course of our trip, and I think most fall into one of three...

Sunday, June 12, 2011. Korea Memories - Tuesday, May 24th part 1. Note: Sorry for the delay in posts. I've been trying to load the videos from our hike on Halla-San for the last couple weeks and for some reason Blogger hasn't been accepting them. But it looks like they're loading tonight.so back to it! The last post was a little long, so I didn’t describe our accommodations in Jeju. We stayed at Hwang To Mae Ul ( http:/ hwangtomaeul.com/. We couldn’t see the summit from the trailhead due to quite a...

Baby Gronseth: Next lesson: Keep the diapers in a sealed trash can
http://babygronseth.blogspot.com/2008/07/next-lesson-keep-diapers-in-sealed.html
Friday, July 11, 2008. Next lesson: Keep the diapers in a sealed trash can. This afternoon Susie was feeling good so we went on our first family walk together. It's times like this when we use new baby equipment that we are reminded of just how small he still is. He's still not tall enough to eat at the big boy table but check out his large dogs hanging out the bottom of the blanket. :). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Follow me on Twitter. Baby Gronseth: Korea Memories - Monday, May 23rd
http://babygronseth.blogspot.com/2011/06/korea-memories-monday-may-23rd.html
Friday, June 10, 2011. Korea Memories - Monday, May 23rd. There is a group of Jeju women that dives for sea creatures year round. They dive pretty deep and they stay under for over two minutes. We didn’t get to see any demonstration while we were there, but I guess it’s pretty entertaining. This is a roaster. They roast the green tea leaves, turning them over by hand in this basin that is heated from underneath. Here are a few pictures of the tea fields. It was peaceful, beautiful, and the smell was ...

Baby Gronseth: January 2011
http://babygronseth.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 23, 2011. Cade's Sports Video Update! At the Gronseth house we're eagerly anticipating the arrival of spring. By my count, we only have 22 more days until pitchers and catchers report! But until then, while the snow flies outside, we must find a way to cure that baseball fever until the mercury rises. Luckily for us, Cade is still small enough that baseball in the house is just fine! Links to this post. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Follow me on Twitter. Cades Sports Video Update!

Baby Gronseth: November 2010
http://babygronseth.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
Sunday, November 14, 2010. Some ladybugs are male. That's a real cute picture of your daughter there." Yeah, I've heard that a few times in the last couple weeks since I put this picture on my laptop's desktop. I don't care. Haven't you heard of a male ladybug? There have to be male ladybugs or else ladybugs would just cease to exist, right? So here's a big thanks to VeeVee for bringing that ladybug costume. Cade loved it. One of the Halloween events I took him to was with my buddy Jason. Last weekend I ...

Baby Gronseth: December 2010
http://babygronseth.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 28, 2010. Here are a few of the pictures taken of Cade this Christmas season. I hope they convey just a little bit of how much he (and we) enjoyed Christmas this year. 8220;Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”. And when it's all said and done. "sleep in heavenly peace.". Links to this post.
