Learning to Grow: June 2009
http://kirkusfamily.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Like newborn babies, long for the pure milk of the Word, so that by it you may grow in respect to salvation. 1Peter 2:2. Our new blog look and name. Just thought it was funny that each time we've added a new baby, we try this again. I'm hoping that with the changes in our lives we'll stick with it this time. I hope whoever reads will stick with us! You'll notice our first posts, James was the little one, then a baby pic of Anna. I knew better than to try when Ruth was tiny, so here we go! Busy, busy year.

Big Sky Whitfields: June 2010
http://bigskywhitfields.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Sunday, June 13, 2010. June 1st we celebrated EIGHT amazing years together. Married, that is. It really is breathtaking the steps God took us on to bring us together. Friends since 1993. In 1997, the magnets flipped. There was a movie that had come out in 1992 - The Cutting Edge. That used that very message. Did you ever play with magnets? You push them around, and they pull away. And all you really had to do was flip them over and. and suddenly. Don't you see? Photo: T. Whitfield. Photo: T. Whitfield.

Adventures of a Homeschooling Mom of 5, Ages 7 and Under. Friday, October 1, 2010. After Kindle was a baby, I discovered Bumbo. Seats I purchased one when I was pregnant with Grant. I think a lot of people have seen these before, but just in case you haven't, I will tell you a bit about them. I needed to run to the restroom, so he sat in his seat with Kindle watching. I have used mine to feed Grant and Celeste when they were starting solids and beginning to sit up. They make a tray. I have seen lots of t...

Martin Mommy: Homeschool Soccer: Week 6
http://martinmommy.blogspot.com/2010/10/homeschool-soccer-week-6.html
Adventures of a Homeschooling Mom of 5, Ages 7 and Under. Friday, October 8, 2010. Homeschool Soccer: Week 6. It was a very nice day at Homeschool Soccer today, a lot better than the rain last week! Grant decided he wanted to participate in the soccer related activities more today :). They *attempted* to play an actual game with the 3 year olds today. That didn't go so well. Every few minutes someone had to go to the potty. Ha ha! Grant did score a goal though! October 9, 2010 at 7:27 PM. Little House on...

Monday, June 27, 2011. Summer on the Range. She loves her Chariot, so when we could get out - we did. Summer on the Range. Raleigh, North Carolina. We love our little family - our wide-eyed spunky toddler, three fuzzy beasts, me and Ed. We moved last year from Montana back to the Southeast. Big Sky Whitfields: Eastbound and Down... Loaded up and Truckin'
http://bigskywhitfields.blogspot.com/2011/11/eastbound-and-down-loaded-up-and.html
Tuesday, November 1, 2011. Eastbound and Down. Loaded up and Truckin'. I just like the title. We're not gone yet - and won't be for another few weeks, but a lot of things have fallen into the right places, a lot more things still need to fall into the right places and I'm just hanging on! I'll try and post some updates as I get them. The biggest one now is that we FINALLY have a house lined up. It's very cute - has a nice kitchen and a big bonus room over the garage as well as some pretty cool window...
