Your pup’s own food and treats are best to keep stomach upsets to a minimum. We can supply kennel food at no extra charge, if preferred) (we will supply bowls). A favourite toy or blanket can be comforting. Medication, if necessary (we administer meds at no extra charge). Special care and feeding instructions. Our cattery is a bright cheerful space with lots for our furry friends to fill their time. They can discover the many hiding places, high and low, or play ‘hide and sleep’ in our climbing towers. A very large window complete with comfy cushions await our sleepy sun seekers where wakeful moments can be spent watching the birds at the many bird feeders situated right outside. Preferably our kitty guests bring their own food to prevent stomach upsets (however, we can supply kennel food at no extra charge).

The Ranch Kennels is family owned and operated. You are more than welcome to tour our facility, no appointment necessary. We do ask that you give us an hour or two at the beginning of the day so that we may concentrate on our clients with exercising and cleaning. The Ranch has much to offer its guests. Extras can be purchased at the time of check in. Some of these include:. Guests may dog paddle in a full sized swimming pool which is fully enclosed and heated. After an afternoon of water fun, they can lounge in the sun or play a nice game of chase around the pool to dry. Welcome to The Ranch. The Ranch Kennels is a family owned and operated pet boarding/day care facility. We are located just three miles northwest of St. Albert, Alberta, minutes from the City of Edmonton. Our location enables the Ranch to make the best of both country and city worlds. We sit on four acres of land in the beautiful countryside with lots of trees, fresh air and plenty of room to run. We pride ourselves in delivering excellent service to the cats and dogs entrusted to our care.

Summer means gardening for so many of us. In Texas this year with the torrential and welcomed rainfall, gardening has been a little difficult. Many of us, including our ranch, had so much rain that we haven't had the usual harvest we are used too. Both these recipes are keepers for sure and so easy to prepare!
