Some Like it Hot. Not! February 3, 2015. Some like it hot. Or so I hear from my husband. He likes hot, sweaty, drippy yoga. Me – not so much – er, not at all! I’d like to create a form of yoga called: “Yoga for Women in Menopause”. Instead of hot yoga the thermostat would be set to 64′ and there would be fans blowing from every corner of the room into the center. Instead of warm towels, we would get ice packs! At 50 my bio went like this: I am embracing yoga, wellness, and finding my life's purpose! At 51: I found my life's purpose as a certified Eating Psychology Coach. I have discovered that yoga is truly soothing for the soul and body. I'm loving life in this new chapter, living in the deep south! Upside Down * Rightside Up. December 2, 2015. In Margate, NJ. I just LOVED it! We were encapsulated in pods (see photo at left) that were so nurturing and nourishing. I just wanted to hang there all day long!
